Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return window

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Holiday orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 may be returned until January 15.

Condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags/packaging if applicable).

  • For hygienic and final-sale reasons we cannot accept returns on: gift cards, clearance/“final sale” items, limited drops marked final sale, or custom/personalized items.

Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges are welcome within the return window. We’ll ship your exchange once the original is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs

  • If the item isn’t defective or misprinted: customer pays return shipping (we can provide a label and deduct the exact label cost from your refund if you prefer).

  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective: we’ll cover return shipping or make it right with a replacement/refund.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Visit https://account.mainelovesmaine.com or Email ayuh@mainelovesmaine.comwith your order number and what you’d like to do.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions (and a label if requested).

  3. Once we receive and approve the return, refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund.

Refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a returned item shows wear, wash, odors, pet hair, or damage, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/credit card. Then contact us at ayuh@mainelovesmaine.com.
