Welcome to Maine Loves Maine. By accessing or purchasing from Maine Loves Maine (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Site”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Online store terms

We try to display colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen’s display. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping, risk of loss & returns

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, fulfillment/shipping partners). Their terms may apply when you use those services.
