Where we ship
Domestic (USA): All 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO where carrier-supported.
International: Offered to: Canada. Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Free shipping offer (U.S.)

Free Standard shipping on orders $60+ (USD).

Threshold is based on cart subtotal after discounts, before taxes & shipping.

Applied automatically at checkout—no code needed.

Valid on Standard U.S. shipping only. Expedited methods are excluded.

Gift cards and shipping protection don’t count toward the threshold.

If a return/refund brings the kept items’ subtotal below $60, we may deduct the original shipping discount from the refund.

AK/HI, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes are eligible; carrier/method may vary.

Oversize/exception items: None currently excluded. We’ll note any exceptions on product pages if that changes.
Processing & fulfillment
Most apparel is made to order. Typical processing time is 2–7 business days before shipment.
During peak seasons or launches, processing may take a bit longer—we’ll keep you posted.
Shipping options & timing (estimates)

Canada/International (if offered): 6–14 business days after fulfillment
Actual delivery depends on carrier networks and weather.
Rates
Calculated at checkout based on destination, method, and order weight/size. Free-shipping promos apply automatically when eligible.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Address issues & returned packages
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply).
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. If your package shows delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email ayuh@mainelovesmaine.com—we’ll help you investigate.
If you added shipping protection at checkout (when available), file a claim per the protection provider’s instructions.
Preorders & split shipments
Preorder items ship on the estimated date shown on the product page. Orders with mixed in-stock/preorder items may ship separately.
